The Obelisk is a tall, four-sided, narrow tapering monument which ends in a pyramid-like shape at the top, made from a single piece of red granite. Its surfaces are smooth with intricate hieroglyphic carvings that depict ancient Egyptian deities and pharaohs, painted in vibrant colors like gold, blue, and red to stand out against the stone. The apex is covered in a thin layer of electrum, catching the sunlight to signify its divine connection.
