Overview

Free3DModel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Free3DModel platform.

This policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and our response process for handling such claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Free3DModel infringes your copyright, please provide our designated copyright agent with a written notice that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its location on our platform
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court

Our Policy on Repeat Infringers

Free3DModel has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.

This DMCA policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website. The effective date of the current policy is displayed at the bottom of this page.
